Avoid Saltwater, Chlorine, & Hard Water: These can discolor and damage hair. Use conditioner and braid before swimming to protect it.

    • Wash 1-2 times weekly.
    • Use color-safe shampoo.
    • Rinse with cool water.
    • Always use heat protectant; keep tools below 325°F
  • BALAYAGE & FOILS

    • Wash 1-2 times weekly with color-safe shampoo.
    • Cool water extends toner life.
    • Purple shampoo every 3rd wash to maintain ashy tones (not too much).
    • Deep condition every 2 weeks.
    • Heat protectant for tools; keep below 325°F.
    • Refresh toner every 5-7 weeks.
  • BLEACH & TONE

    • Wash 1-2 times weekly with color-safe shampoo.
    • Rinse with cool water to extend toner life.
    • Purple shampoo every 3rd wash to maintain ashy tones (use sparingly).
    • Deep condition after first wash, then every 2 weeks.
    • Use heat protectant; keep tools below 325°F.
    • Schedule touch-ups every 4-6 weeks.
  • CREATIVE COLOR

    • Wait 48 hours before first wash.
    • Wash 1-2 times weekly with color-safe shampoo & conditioner.
    • Use color conditioner.
    • Deep condition every 2 weeks.
    • Rinse with cold water.
    • Minimize heat styling; always use heat protectant, set tools below 325°F.
    • Light colors last 4-6 weeks; deeper tones last 6-10 weeks.
  • EXTENSIONS

    • Brush extensions morning and night, from bottom to top.
    • Tie hair in a loose braid or ponytail for sleep; never sleep with wet hair.
    • Blow dry roots after washing to prevent sagging.
    • Use sulfate-free shampoo and wash 1-3 times weekly. Focus shampoo at roots, conditioner at ends.
    • Handle gently to prevent pulling/damage.
    • Avoid heat styling daily; keep tools below 350°F and avoid tape tabs.
    • Extensions are prone to dryness; use moisturizing products.
    • Swimming can damage extensions—condition and braid hair beforehand.
    • Maintenance every 6-10 weeks; tape-ins need adjustment every 6-8 weeks.
    • Avoid sunscreens with avobenzone or octocrylene to prevent discoloration.
    • Some shedding is normal, especially for tape-ins and wefts.
