  • Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking Appointments: You can book appointments online through our website or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please ensure that all appointments are rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice (“no call/no show”), your card on file will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
  • Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 10 minutes late for an appointment lasting 1.5 hours or less, or more than 15 minutes late for an appointment longer than 1.5 hours, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the same cancellation fees will apply.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details and photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Refunds: If eligible for a refund due to receiving a damaged product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we have verified the issue. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
